Marven Corrielus

Marven Corrielus is a medieval historian with interests in political and legal history in the
medieval Mediterranean and Iberian Atlantic. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he holds a
BA in History and Economics as well as an MA in Global History from the State University of
New York at Albany. His current work focuses on diplomacy between the Norman Kingdom of
Sicily and the Byzantine Empire in the 11th and 12th century.
