Imperfect Visions of Imperial Pasts: Reflections on European Empires

Join the Department of History and Nanovic Institute of European Studies at the Joyce/Hesburgh Private Dining Rooms at the Morris Inn on September 14 at 4 PM for a lecture by Manuel Lucena-Giraldo (Madrid '61).  Lucena-Giraldo is Senior Research Fellow at the Spanish Council for Scientific Research.  He is a regular contributor to the press in Spain and Latin America and a member of the Board of Advisors of National Geographic in World History.
