Book Launch: "Christianity and Culture in the Middle Ages: Essays to Honor John Van Engen"

The Department of History is pleased to invite faculty, staff, and students to attend a reception to launch a new collection celebrating the work of John Van Engen, Christianity and Culture in the Middle Ages: Essays to Honor John Van Engen. Lisa Wolverton (University of Oregon, ND '97) and David Mengel (Xavier, ND '03), the volume editors, will be in attendance to offer a toast to John. This informal event will include drinks and light refreshments. The book will also be available for purchase, and there will be opportunities for signings by both Van Engen and the book's editors.
