The Department of History is proud to welcome back Dave Finocchio, founder and general manager of Bleacher Report, for a lecture on November 20 in the McKenna Hall Auditorium. After graduating from Notre Dame with a degree in History in 2005, Dave founded Bleacher Report, a digital media company which delivers team-specific coverage for sports fans across the globe. Since its founding, Bleacher Report's commitment to personalizing team reporting for each of its 45 million users has led it to become one of the largest digital sports sites. In this free lecture on November 20, Dave will talk about how his Arts & Letters education helped him launch a successful career as an internet entrepreneur.

Dave looks forward to meeting with History majors at this year's final History 20/20 event the following day, November 21, at the Geddes Coffeehouse. Featuring Dave and 11 other History graduates, History 20/20 offers current majors the opportunity to meet and network with past History grads from all industries and walks of life. All majors are invited to attend.
